remember if you sleep 6 in the condo you need to have enough of everything to service 6 guests Bathrooms, linens, dishes, chairs, parking etc.Also keep in mind the extra wear n tear and noise levelsGood luck

Now I replaced the hall bath (tub, surround, vanity) and new vanity in master bath - and vinyl bead board with chair rail in both bathrooms and subway tile back splash in kitchen, along with all new laminate flooring.

I dont have to deal with the midnight call the the fridge died and all their food is going bad....or the washer damaged their new clothes.....Yes tenants can damage the property moving them in/out.... but they do that with sofa, beds, chairs- and everything else them move in/out.

Rooms are large and currently have a 1 or 2 beds, mini fridge, microwave, and sitting area, and I would keep a similar set up, maybe adding a full size fridge and small table with chairs.
