Hello all,

Funny story- on a chair lift skiing yesterday in this amazing state and met a guy who told me about bigger pockets and that it would change my life. How did the convo even get there? I mentioned I bought my first property in SLC and was hoping long term (as it will be my primary residence) I can make this a rental. Very fresh and new to the game. Looking for advice moving forward.

I bought a little bungalow fixer upper in a high demand area (close to highway and even better access to the canyons to ski, hike, run, and explore some of the greatest trails in UT).  I plan on living in the house for 1-2 yrs to make some major changes that will increase the value of the property.

Looking for a couple words of wisdom, mentor, partner, or just a friend to talk through some of this!

Thanks and looking forward to meeting everyone! Excited for the journey.
