Meant to ask when you guys are referring to days to build are you talking about business days or calendar days?

I make an annual required minimum distribution (RMD) which is calculated based on my age, the age of the deceased in the will, and the orevious years value of the IRA on the final business day of that years.

It's free, and it gets deposited into my account via ACH the next business day.

I also file the pay or quit on the first business day following the 1st, so by the time we get to court, the late fee is up around the 20% threshhold.

A HUD house is first listed in the owner occupant only status for the first 5 business days and if it is not purchased by someone willing to live in it for 12 months then it becomes available to investors and the bids are looked at every day instead of 5 days.
