My Gas is usually over $4.00 so my estimate of $12.00 per day is for 3 gallons of gas. if you get 25 mpg that's 75 miles per day it's not an uncommon commute here. i understand in Las Vegas whole city is close prox. to housing but that's not the case here in California. have decided to put in Level 2 charges as it's faster charging for tenants who don't want to pay $5 for superchargers or like the convenience of charging from home.

We have strict standards on the linens, mattresses, etc. that are used in our listings, avoid the max beds and heads strategy, and always make the beds unlike our competition that just drops a bag of linens, because the data shows that people will pay for that convenience.

First building has a deli/convenient store below and 2 apartments above. 2 single family homes behind and a large 2 story garage.  

This was a $50/month expense I missed and conveniently left off the seller's proforma.

Legitimate companies do use electronic lock boxes for convenient self-showing, but those systems often require you to register through a site and verify your identity before entering the property

When I checked it out on Amazon, they seemed to be pushing only the convenience benefit for the PM and tenants and (of course) did not have any upfront pricing.

Personally, I don't mind renting as I view it as paying for convenience and mobility.- Would the house serve as a good rental property if/when you choose to move?

Maybe a places you like going to, a place that is central and convenient for you.

It seems Manor price is lower than other area, but there is only Walmart there which makes not convenient for living
