The properties are all in my and my husbands name and we sign all legal agreements, but I’ve put that company name on letterhead and as watermark on photos of properties and have a gmail account with that name.

We can't "watermark our photos" though due to MLS restrictions (Zillow etc pull right from our MLS).

Few water marks on ceiling.

Upload it into a word doc as a custom watermark set to 100% and unchecked watermark.  

I was looking at things like, "oh it has nice light and the bedroom is a nice size" while she was actually noticing the water marks on the ceiling.

During the education part, she talked about her absentee letters and how she uses a horse water mark on the paper to produce results.

The purpose of this graphic was to sell the value of mobile advertising, and prompt a phone call in response...when the final job went to print, the company name and logo were little more than a watermark so as not to clutter or detract...

AT my high water mark, I owned 72 cash flow investment properties, and still own many... but i never,ever"You MUST expect to have to "write a huge DP check every time I buy a property".

I think this is an old issue because there are no water marks just some spotting in a 3 x 3 area.

One reason I took them into consideration though is that the pics have a (c) MRIS 2014 watermark on them.
