How much personal information would you share with your waiter or waitress? 

I worked nights as a cocktail waitress and trolled for run down properties during the day.

I am a new mother, new to bigger pockets, currently a waitress and I'm sick and tired of it I want to move on to bigger and better things like real estate, either wholesaling or flipping houses & I figured here is the best place to start!

expecting the waitress to come back and give you a refill. 

I’m from the Detroit metro area, I’ve been a waitress for about four years now but I’m currently taking my pre-licensing course to become an agent. 

Just to piggyback this don’t forget to tip your waiter/waitresses with a credit card so it gets taxed as well.  

We were poor at that time (I was a part time waitress, and my husband was a barista).

It's like going into a restaurant and ordering a meal, having the waitress bring it to you, eating it and then walking to the owner and saying "I want to save on a tip so I am going to pay you directly".So for 1) You can get your license and get MLS access (Usually not to expensive and then you can do it all yourself).

If he saw me in a bar, he'd send the waitress with the most cleavage over to my table to deliver a round of drinks.
