The debt flipping game starts unraveling because it was built on BS to begin with, and there is no more moving the $ around, the music stops, it all stops, at once.

The courts are going to have to unravel this.

You do need an attorney to unravel the current situation and distribute the money equitably.You would be insane to go forward with an investment with a partner you don't trust.

Depending on the issues it takes awhile to unravel and see what the options are for the property.

If you get wind that things are unraveling, talk some more.

In the rest of the world, it's either unraveling, fighting unraveling, or already completely come apart.
