I have two flips underway in Charlotte, NC and need recommendations for a good hardwood finishing contractor.

Being on sea duty i will definitely need a PM to manage the property while I am under way.

One of the projects that are underway with Akron and surrounding area, where the City of Akron are doing a Tax Abatement for 15 years, with residential rehabs, and new construction, 5k or more in repair. 

I have some property management opportunities underway to help generate some cash flow on a steady basis, plan to act as an agent for some additional cash flow, and also have an interest in flipping homes. 

That investigation is still underway, but I really doubt anything will happen there. 

(Over 1k sq ft) Renovation under way.

First, structure the closing of purchase of the land and start of that reverse exchange so it is a little delayed and you can get entitlements and permitting and architecture well under way. 

So i recently got my first wholesale underway.

They got the business building constructed, the business equipment moved in, and the house plans underway, while living in an RV on the property. 

Renovations are under way next week and once we get some data back once it’s in service, I’ll let you guys know.
