The town itself however, has undergone and continues to undergo large scale "building up" if you will.

There are signs posted in the house on same wall of all three floors saying "this area has been treated for surface discoloration, it has not undergone sub-surface inspection" it is even posted on a concrete wall in the basement.

@Rich Baer - There is no such "Lead Free" house if it's built before 78 unless the entire house has undergone Lead Abatement.

The company has undergone sweeping changes in the past 4 months and are almost completely unresponsive to me at the moment.

Problems arise over time for investors attempting to hold and rent out properties in my area which have undergone such plaster abuse.

They have Long-standing relationship with a veteran real estate group in Greece which Know the Greek market for its ignorance.Property: it's a building In Athens Skeleton, a building that has undergone a fire.   

I would not portend to have a firm grasp on which neighborhood fits best into my risk profile, cash flow/appreciation potential etc as I have not lived in Milwaukee in over a decade and am sure I have much to learn about the shifts my home city has undergone.
