I do not want ANY hand outs.

I am not looking for a hand out...just someone who will allow me to do what I do best.Turn dumps into beautiful homes.

Thousands show up at trade shows, free seminars, bootcamps, etc.

They expect a government handout while they drive cars that look better than mine, get expensive hair and nail treatments, and generally sit around all day.

i was wondering if ther is anyone out there willing to help a 21 year old college student in new york get his feet wet in real estate investing i would love the chance to learn the basics from a seasoned investor. dont get it twisted im not looking for a handout im looking for a mentor :superman: who is going to shorten my learning curve and bring out the best. i love real estate and would love the chance to get started on the right path to successful real estate investing -Calan-

We are not looking to give a handout but we do have a great program and would like to teach as many as are willing to put in the effort.

Being as they are my parents they would more than likely simply loan (no interest)/give me the money, but I want to approach it from a business standpoint A) to show them they would get better returns than just sitting in the bank and could be great supplemental income for retirement years and B) I'm not looking for a handout but truly trying to learn how to structure deals for private money in the future.That being said those of you who have partnered/joint venture would you be so kind as to share some of your different agreements?

Natasha Hylton Here's what the problem is, it's probably against the MLS rules to hand out lists of expired listings and pre foreclosures.

There is a growing number of "unemployed" who choose not to work and sit back and collect government handouts.
