My partners and I are looking for a few serious hard workers to help start a new business idea for a local company. We have several years of real estate and note investing expertise and we work for a company who does coaching and training. We want to teach several people how to take a small amount of money and turn it into a huge cashflow. We will even offer our money for some of the deals as a partnership.
The bottom line is we want to show that it can be done and we need to create some success stories. This is not going to be any different than any of the other techniques out there for investing. It will take work just like anything else. The potential returns are very good however. So we want to teach you. We will give all the details on how to do it. We will coach you and train you on what is needed but we will not waste time with anyone who is not interested in doing the work. We are not looking to give a handout but we do have a great program and would like to teach as many as are willing to put in the effort.
I guess what we would need for you to be able to work with us is you need to be a person who has time to go look at mobile homes and parks. Be willing to meet certain tasks from the start. We will give these tasks to anyone interested. Most important we need people who have "Sticktoitiveness". I am sure that is not a word but you get the idea.
