Easiest way I know to find vacant homes...Or the carrier will toss the undeliverable junk mail into the trunk of his car. 

I did But later found that just the trunk lines in the attic , remained k&t .

HIS... fax machine out of the trunk,wrote the offer, faxed to the listing office,with an acceptance time of TWO hours.

...you can't put anything in the trunk of your car or SUV because its filled with bandit signs....you are up @ 4 am putting out bandit signs....you drive by an intersection and think "why is my bandit sign not here?"...

Shortly thereafter they let me know they would remove the tree.Within 48 hours the HOA's landscaper removed the tree, or should I say, they removed the trunk and branches.

Tip: buy chains, stick them in the trunk, if you need them great, if not, return them when you get home.  

My car has a valet mode where I can lock my trunk and glovebox so if someone smashes a window they can't get into the trunk without a key or physically cutting into the metal.

Then, when I removed it, and because it was wet and I didn't want to put it in the trunk, instead leaning it on the side of the home where no one could see it, I got another fine for not removing it from property!  

Plenty of room upfront a decent, but less than normal sized bed and I love the trunk. 

Maybe they were in the trunk when the accident happened.
