Don't have a bunch of info that is going to have them moving around your site becasue tehn they'll just surf right off your site.

But it was a huge amount of luck and timing.Usually its: surf MLS in 2 metro areas for a solid week, make 30 offers, send 130 emails, get one-two, spend next 2 weeks marketing it.
