I have a LVP project now, but sub floors aren't as level and perfect as one would like so was thinking glue down with luan underneath would be more sturdy and hold up better in this case than floating locking style.

This is a BIG 3 family and appears to once have been two properties merged and put on one deed-- that feels important because it presents new challenges in running lines (a sturdy brick wall divided two of the units, no shared basement).

The only issue is that the only way to do that is to have the landlord put a fence up (not going to happen) or to have the landlord ask them to put the dogs on leashes that are in the ground and have the leashes not be long enough to reach our side of the yard.I hate that my children don't want to (and shouldn't have to) play around dog crap when they are wanting to play outside in the backyard that I pay rent for...
