So let’s just say this on the topic and be done with it: inflation is higher than we would like and is remaining sticky.

Unless rates are finally cut and prices rice, then maybe it’s a six figure mistake. 

My leases tend to be sticky with tenants remaining for a few years without much trouble absorbing my vacancies so that plays into my decision as well. 

Perhaps I just missed out on the perfect opportunity to start my enterprise in making Gyros and Chicken over Rice.  

Did you check out the Memorial Park area, Rice University area, or the Heights in the brunch time on weekends or happy hour time on weekdays?
