Hi Kyle, I would recommend chatting with a property manager in the specific city of Ohio you're looking to buy in.

I’ve never had this specific issue but mistakes like this are pretty common. 

Also, nightly stays should be adjusted based on your specific pricing strategy as well (e.g. longer stays further out, shorter as dates get closer or gaps exist).

On a positive note we did build a new house to the specifications of a specific tenant.
