funds only go into interpleader after months of sitting in escrow. the court just does not hand the money to the seller either.. if not agreed upon the funds go to the state etc.

At least you'll probably get most of your money back when the deal gets refinanced or sold.what doe sit mean they were going to sponsor you ??

We listed strategically and were under contract in 2 weeks in the slowest part of the year (December) whereas all the other similar homes in the neighborhood have been sitting for months and still sitting on the market.

Since you already have an offer, it’s not really about whether the property will sit for six months, it’s about whether keeping it makes financial sense.
