Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $70,000

This was a 3 bed 1 bath that I paid for. Was sitting on the MLS for awhile. Ended up appraising for 98,000 with me touching it. I own the property free and clear and i use the equity as part of my business line of credit.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I was able to get my money back in using business line of credit without touching or doing anything to the property. Plus I already had a renter setup.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

On the MLS

How did you finance this deal?

Own the property free and clear in exchange for business line of credit.
