Then it's simple, build the home, find crews to do the work (you should already have them basically from the prior step), excavation, concrete, sealing, framing, roof/gutters/siding, windows, insulation drywall, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, finishes, etc. basically in that order.

local REIA groups are filled with investors looking to buy properties.

That's going to eat your lunch.

The art is in accurately projecting numbers, which is notoriously difficult.Forget complex investing strategies as someone new to RE.

To keep things simple, you could store extra supplies in a locked closet.

We did this through our LLC, I was actively managing the project while my brother was passive.
