Where to get rid of a property?

My buddy is looking to get rid of a 2/1 in Hillsboro because he is St. Louis based and didn't realize how much he hated to travel to care for it!

Advice before he has to list MLS on where to get a few investors to help him solve his problem quick? Sounds like a good opportunity but I am tied up with my own stuff...

Under 100k

Needs: Roof, some plumbing and electric, kitchen cabinets and counters and a vanity

He put in a good amount and has a project underway but just wants out.

Thanks for any help as always, BP community!!
