I see a lot of people say they want to go local, and while I understand the sentiment, one of the biggest myths I see perpetuated in lending, or insurance, or appraisers, etc. is that local is better.

It's not a popular sentiment, but sometimes just giving to help someone else is the right thing to do!!! 

In turn our revenue has increased by about 18% so far.In my opinion, your specific market and your pricing strategy are going to determine these statistics more than the overall sentiment about AirBnB or the other booking platforms.

I'll echo everyone's sentiments here and say I would avoid.

I suggest you read Adam Smith's Theory of Moral Sentiments. 

There is a strong negative sentiment with current government that will be instantly overcome with new government whoever will be.

Now how far will this fall, or how deep, too many variables but you'll see little mini bubble like formations come first then the air gets let out of the balloon.Your sentiment was right Collin just too, too early.
