I have 2 rentals (1 already in an llc and 1 being put in now), I am at the point of starting to look at getting a 3rd rental and have always wondered what loan approval will look like with my assets now segmented and if I would apply for the loan as the LLC.

@Zach Kirchoff I second @Jay Hinrichs in being impressed at your achieving a $350k LOC, that is not an easy feat in that industry segment what so ever. 

FTR I grew up in mid-century segmented midwest homes and have lived mostly in open floorplan homes as an adult.

Other things to keep in mind: they appeal to a different market segment.

Unfortunately, in recent years, Tulum has been overbuilt in the small properties segment, leading to a huge supply of them.

Homes that appeal to our target tenant segment range from $320,000 to $475,000, so the supply of housing we target remains almost the same regardless of how many new homes are built.DemandPopulation growth drives housing demand.

I Understand its in the extended stay segment, but id be a little more conservative there. maybe 35%.
