Sadly most Turn keys are so sanitized there’s no real money in them .

I would also put a container of those purell sanitizer hand wipes in the bathroom to suggest you that you don't have to walk to the kitchen sink to wash your hands.  

So I got them to change it and that resulted in over $200 per year in savings.I paid 2 policies in full which gave me a $42 per year savings for each policy, total of $84/year.Between just those 2 things, that's about $23 per month in savings.Another advice to landlords, which I already do: check with your sanitation department.

The float with the tablets in it are set to release at the minimum amount to keep the Hot Tub clean and sanitized.

@Vicki Lau even if a tenant leaves a unit very clean I often still pay about $250 or more to have it professionally cleaned (deep cleaning such as getting the oven and fridge back to like-new condition, carpet steam cleaning, drain clearing, bathroom sanitization, etc).

The unit was finally ready 6 months later.Walls had to be sprayed down, scrubbed, and sanitized with the ceiling.

However, I do add that they are responsible for pest control, other than terminates to my lease to give them some responsibility for pest prevention. if I discover that the pests are due to their sanitation factors, I remind them of the lease agreement.
