Ideally, you want that muscle group to be tapped out, by the last repetition, of your last set.

Mailers can be very costly and only work with repetition which in return takes money and time.

I’m catching up on BP podcast right now so usually listen to 1-2 a day during the week either in the car or again, while working in excel during repetitive stuff (I have to pause them when my brain actually has to think about the work)...dreaming about building cash to a down payment on our next rental property.

When you start thinking along these lines (repetitive, sustainable business - not a one time flash in the pan windfall) your picture will become more realistic.

The courses are more repetitive and bulky, however, I am about to start a Finance and than Appraisal class so I am looking forward to those.

@Mathew Zorn- I think the others have already covered my initial thoughts on this, but at the risk of being repetitive, here's my take.I'd avoid partnering with someone who's currently in legal jeaporday at all costs. 

This is a super simple calculation but should be repetitively accurate.

You’re right though, many options that seem repetitive and confusing.

While this is a fairly fun job, it gets boring/repetitive after a while and it can be a cubicle job at times (awful).
