The renovation budget from this loan allowed us to replace the siding of the property and repaint the property as well as make other changes to greatly enhance the curb appeal of the property. 

Ripped out the wallpaper and repainted the entire house and replaced the stove.

We recently had a rental property where the unit needed re-painted and the carpets needed professionally cleaned multiple times to even get the smell out; which your best bet at that point may just to be to replace any carpeting you may have in the unit. 

Replaced floors, scraped popcorn ceilings, repainted inside and out, remodeled bathrooms, updated fixtures.

Its normal to repaint, fill holes, sweep...etc to get ready for the next tenant.  

After the collections I have a 640 credit score and it hasn't moved for a few months.I rented a property with a few friends for a year and after move out we were charged with over 6000 $ in B.S damages including 5k to repaint all the interior walls of the home due to a few minor marks.

We had to have a contractor remove it, patch and repaint the wall.
