Or you can let realtors know you have a wholesale deal, and wanted to know if they work with investors who are buying properties at wholesale.I truly find the internet might be your best bet though(Craiglist)Ask yourself how can you help that realtor, and the law of reciprocity should take over.

I've notified all of my friends and family but since I moved out of state I have also just finished the state law class for their state and I am taking the test next week (it's a reciprocal state).

@Preetinder Singh Fun fact: Connecticut and Florida have reciprocity, or mutual recognition, so once you get your license in Connecticut you can just take the state portion of the Florida real estate exam to get your sales associate license here.
