For similar reasons you mentioned with access to both I70 and I90 pretty easily as well as being in range for the eastern sea board makes it a logistics hub.  

There has to be an existing reason. 

Starting to get competitive though for investment properties because of that reason you have more and more people entering the market from out of state.

This fits my plan for a couple of reasons, I plan to rent one unit long team and as I travel a fair bit for work I'll Airbnb the second unit when I'm overseas.

Are saying it's a better idea of figuring out and going after a specific niche or group of people who have a reason to downsize or need a different type of home?

Capping the nightly rates to reasonable amounts with the pricing software allows us to balance both of these needs. 

While the taxes on the listing may seem reasonable if it turns out they’re 300% more than they were two years ago just because the community has increased its spending this is a trend that will quickly make your cash flow evaporate.

I guess a few others could have stayed to encourage and educate the new investors for whatever reason.
