Sometimes going to local investor meet ups after investing for 15 years and building a large portfolio is a little disappointing.

His client-focused approach and his commitment to building long-term relationships with investors growing a portfolio piqued my interest and made me really excited about the business.I was matched with one of their investment strategists in May.

Now I’m rebuilding my investment portfolio while helping other investors find deals.

It’s given me insight into what investors and landlords actually need—things like quick turnovers for rentals, deep cleans before listing a property, and even helping out-of-state investors maintain their portfolios.

This strategy has allowed my clients and me to expand our property portfolios with minimal upfront capital.

I may look to sell after it’s done or place a tenant, refinance, and hold as part of a portfolio I want to build.
