I'd stick with the house rules section of each platform.

I find it cheap when hosts can't even offer their guests free access to streaming platforms that cost less than $20 a month.

Have any of you tried FreedomSoft CRM platform?

ITs a great platform to find cleaners, schedule, and have checklists. 

Still, it is worth it.Think of FF as a lead generator and not a booking platform.

Are you finding motivated sellers via the typical route of using the prominant software platforms like propwire and propstream?
