Although I suggest that, if you are naming your company something creative and not just 'Your Name, LLC' run a search via the United States Patent and Trademark Office (www.uspto.gov) to make sure the name isn't registered to a business with the same or similar business model or industry/market as yours.

Allowing for a certain level of tax-free or reduced-taxed capital gains on investment properties would spur the housing.I wonder about the overhang that has resulted from the lack of adjustments in various markets (ie the inventory of unsold homes).This current administration took up the banner of pushing for the ratification of 3 trade deals left on the plate by George Bush and expedite the process for obtaining patents.
