I am no longer employed with the Company. 

We are more willing to break leases due to employment changes in a MTR. 

So, coming in to the real estate field with no capital it seems like a good first step to get my feet wet and get a better understanding of real estate investing as a whole.Since I will be on the buying side of the deal, obviously negotiating will be a big part of my job.

I did all my other due diligence like asking for paystubs, W2s, Tax returns, Employment verification, bank statements etc etc and did not see any red flags overall.

I would protect myself and cut my losses so I was not looking over my shoulder or getting high blood pressure every time I heard a knock on the door (hoping it is not the FBI showing up to ask you some questions). 

Over time, rents may increase, improving your cash flow, and you’ll gain equity and valuable experience managing tenants and property operations.
