I suspect that I would likely have to guarantee the loan personally...Financing through my CU would be easiest but that would mean the initial purchase would have to be a non commercial loan.

That is the same think I was thinking Jon K.I want a non- commercial look....but for whatever I use to be easy to install, easy to replace and hold up well.

Signature loans are really the only way to obtain non commercial financing from banks. maybe you have $3 million to invest, i dont know, i know i dont.
