The agent that signed those contracts has a legal and moral obligation to explain the contract to you, which would have answered your questions.

All I have to say to you Scott, if you are reading this, is, if you measure the growth of your enterprise by the number of lawsuits filed against you, your morals, ethics and values are grossly flawed.
