My area is relatively low crime, but had one place that someone broke a window to get in.... probably a homeless guy looking for a place to sleep....got scared when neighbor turned light on.I put in a SimpliSafe unit... portable, easy to set up, multiple options- you can use a webcam and get alerts on your phone and future tenant can pay for full service if they want.

To give a little more detail, I do believe all their cash flow is contingent on them getting you to pay upfront for their program, which I found to be inaccurate and unusable on anything other than a desk top, which I told them I do all my work on a cell phone (first red flag) that they didn’t tell me their property finder isn’t cell phone friendly.

You can have an email for each account and you should be able to set your phone up see multiple accounts at once should you get inquiries or messages.Just log into each account to make updates and price changes.
