We have 3 projects going in Loudoun county VA and in my poking around there and looking at product there is some massive townhouse developments there to try to capture the starter or lower priced housing..

Not only do they gouge the owners with massive new tariffs and no increase in services, but tourists as well, with exorbitant occupancy taxes.But greed kills, and these overreaches will do the same.  

These folks wont tell you not to pay them massive fees! 

But she takes excellent care of them (even put in a small concrete pool for them to play in during the summer:-).

I haven't heard of Noshable but seems like a massive win-win all around.
