After living in the property for a full year, we have come to terms and accepted that this is not our ideal location.

I screen individual dogs (of any breed) with an in-person evaluation before accepting their owners as my tenants.  

So my perspective is probably not mainstream or what the other SFR landlords on BP think of it. but everything takes work..

Accept it "as is" and fulfill the lease.By responding quickly, professionally, and confidently, they realize I am not an easy target and choose to move on.

I am in the process of accepting a 2 month lease month to month for a retired service member and wanted to just document his service animal as being on the property.
