That said, I would also consider beach towns that are out of state but with easy access (ie. a short flight.. say 1-2hrs).

If I self manage(which was what I was planning) it could turn out a big headache) there are a lot of condos for sale which is a bit alarming as well.I would be self managing from California so that’s long distance management and may consist of many flights taking care of any necessities.Why can’t this be an easier decision lol good luck!

Considered Nevada and Arizona (still OOS but a short flight or drive away) - they have low property taxes and appreciation.

I I learned how to fly years ago in about 10 hours I soloed.. but I was not licensed I had a student license after passing physical but you still needed to take the big test and a flight test to be legal and get your wings.Real estate for most folks is their most important or biggest financial asset they have or will have and now you have all these unlicensed yahoos running around with little to no education many with very suspect morals etc .. trying to bring buyer and seller together for compensation..

When I would go down to SF I would go from my home drome straight out to Newport then follow the coast down if we had a tail wind that day great flight and generally 1 mile off the shore and an airport about every 15 to 20 minutes if needed..
