I am wondering if anyone has good places to research affordable yet healthy/upcoming markets to invest in MA. looking to get into my first househack/203k so just trying to figure out where to look.

That being said, there’s nothing wrong with investing in blue collar areas but I prefer to invest in the ones that have a higher degree of owner occupancy because the residents of those areas care about where they live and have deeper roots.

Is it still worth to invest in the area?

I have been reading and listening to real estate investing books everyday for a while now and it is something i want to pursue. 

I've used the search feature on this forum but didn't have much luck.Are there any US investors, hard money lenders, or groups that invest in flips outside of the United States, specifically in Europe (Netherlands, Spain, etc.)?
