What were the biggest line items?

The properties themselves often have flaws and outstanding cap ex items that are wrongly ignored.  

I played Kiyosaki's Cash Flow 101 Game this weekend with 3 new Mentees of mine.This is seriously not just fun, but really good for learning and mindset training.If you haven't played this game - you must. 

The item that I hate shopping for the most is dressers, and nothing else comes remotely close. 

I jumped into real estate doing the BRRRR method, understanding that holding property will allow me to build generational wealth, but then learning that landlord income is not the best way to feed your family.

Roads, water, sewer, gas, electric, etc..I'm also here for any discussion on any other items that might be of note, trying to learn as much as possible on this front.

They make ordering items from different companies easy, and you get discounts from each store that has partnered with them.

But, these broad market studies are so large, they are almost meaningless, in the real world.Between glut of new supply in many "hot" markets coming online, a continually softening economic outlook, inflation over last couple years making day to day items feel cost prohibitive, many average renters are strapped and seeking lower cost housing.  

The majority of the messages are requests for early/late checkout, recommendations, and misc items.
