So usually, it's around 10-12 decent leads weekly from 3000-4000k of contacts we run. 

Based off videos and research i have done lots of experienced people say the homes should be under $10k.

I would still do due diligence such as whole property inspection, lead inspection (depending on when the property was built), appraisal, etc.
