Greatest thing about these platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) is the you get to see all your competitors, their pictures, amenities, pricing, etc. 

Who else would have the knowledge to lead others than a 33 year old former football player; who wrote a book that is being hocked by Bigger Pockets.Maybe you can get Nails (Lenny Dykstra) to write a book that BP can sponsor?

Houfy is very inexpensive to list on, and syncs with the other platforms, making it a very quick and cheap way to do direct bookings.

BTW - Are you using both platforms?

Platforms like Zillow or Redfin can give you insight into comparable properties, and PropStream is great for deeper analysis like liens or ownership history. 

Do you know of any websites or platforms where I could go to analyze and practice seller finance and creative finance deals?
