If you do a few house hacks on the start you would have a great launching pad.

I've found myself more focused, and have come to the realization that while, the vast world of REI and improvement podcasts is a great way to find out what is possible, it does not work well for me to help drill down and take action, especially when this is an industry that literally everything could work.I'm excited to take this new "era" to BP con and use that as another launching point going into the Q4 and Q1, and ensuring I'm saying NO more than I'm saying yes.

I believe Airbnb just launched a co-host feature for hosts. 

Start cutting the favoritism, the golden net's, remove hurdles for small business launch, remove corporate favoritism and watch things correct themself. 

In Q4 of 2023, my partner Matt Howitt and I launched Mindful Real Estate Partners (MREP).

The house appreciated and the debt was paid down and that launched us into other investments when we finally did sell.  

I have been using featured agent since it was launched, KC was one of the first few cities.

Also very close to the house ( and one of the boat launches to get on river ) is the Zane Grey Museum in Laxawaxan, PA ( 10 minutes away)So much beauty in that part of upstate NY.That is a great idea making it a fishing destination.
