I always hear that property taxes in TX are killer, but if it's a condo does that make them not as insane?

In our market, it's not a deal killer, but you have to take into consideration a lower qualified tenant, and you will not be able to achieve market rents.

Right now is probably prime growing season when it starts to cool off a bit, but water, fertilizer and weed killer, and weekly mowing is key.Some PMs are great some not great, some are horrible. 

I didn't want to go overboard so was ultra conservative on leveraging my equity which I might regret if a killer deal presents itself.

Once they see the trust, it is likely going to be a deal killer for most DSCR and conventional lenders. 

Look up the situation the rapper Killer Mike went through when he attempted and was denied…it’s crazy he didn’t get approved cause his situation was BAD) so the fact that she was able to successfully do it meant that she was in serious, dire straits.
