Update: I received an e-mail today from Delta updating me on the status - the Lot has been scrapped and several other activities have been completed, so it looks like the project is continuing.

Too many scammers out there.For the recipients, you can mail them a printed copy, email it or even email a substitute statement.

FHA is junk unless you have bad credit.

The big players dont want junk real estate that these notes  are attached to.

Hello All,Getting ready to launch a new direct mail campaign.

They can bring payments to the office or send by mail, but anything mailed is not considered paid until it's in my hands.

But they do fund.. you will pay almost double for their money by the time you pay rate points junk fee's penalties when you go long etc..

Or at best you overpay and the "designer" buys the cheapest junk furnishings possible.

Where it gets interesting is that the house has 5 mailing addresses associated with it and the fire prevention bureau has on their records it is also a 5- unit house, and I am billed as such upon annual renewals/inspections.
