Welcome to the jungle.

The property tax is not much and I imagine liability insurance wont be as well so its not a huge problem to hold it for a while if needed.The biggest cost would most likely be demolishing the rundown building (can be done by hand) and cleaning out the jungle that has developed on the property.Its certainly one of those where its worth to put out a feeler and make an offer and see what happens, especially since I feel the neighborhood is on the "come-up".

Very little of this area resembles the more concrete jungle feel  of the areas closer to Center City.

For example adding onsite parking if all your competitors already have one, or taming a jungle that makes the property look uncared for.3.

The back yard is a jungle so I can't wait to get that cleared out so there will actually be a back yard.My contractor was there this morning and he said for $3,500 he expected the house to be in condemned shape and he was actually surprised at how nice it was for the price.I don't have time right now to post pictures but I will come back later with a further update.  

I'm not Particularly fond of cactus, yucca, and those type of plants, but I don't live there.   

I noticed on Rent Jungle that there appears to be many places to choose from.

Think about chucking your kid into the jungle with 30 other animals and one non related person is going to supervise social activity.

The kind a property that looks more jungle than property.

or will you have to drag him throughout the desert, jungle, easy lanes, rough lanes, rivers?
