While I was Driving for Dollars I saw a property that looked absolutely distressed. It is completely covered in tall grass and vines. The kind a property that looks more jungle than property. Has two bedrooms and 1 bath the zestimate was 90k I believe. Didn’t reach out to the owners yet to see how much they wanted to let it go for, is it even worth the risk? Are the possible issues with the property to large? What do I do?
