I have a furnishing and design team to help out if you’re not wanting to come down personally and I also co-host at a discounted rate for my clients.  

When I co-hosted in Allston, MA (Boston), the owner tried a similar approach, but we ultimately stopped because it wasn’t working well.

Was it questionable in 1992 when we had car phones and dial up internet?

The internet books  Morby the sub 2 guys the market for this is quite thin.
