But even if you’re not using Baselane, any tool that integrates with your bank and helps automate categorization can drastically reduce year-end headaches.

Just know this, The more vertically integrated you are the better off you will be long term. 

Tools like Lodgify or Hostaway make it simple to integrate booking and payment options.

A few of them also mentioned that they don't really expect this to affect the housing affordability in the county, but do believe that STRs can affect the quality and integrity of the neighborhoods in the county which they want to preserve.  

Also, there are many integrations available with QuickBooks so that receipts, bills, invoices can be sent to Quickbooks or outside software to read each and automatically create the transaction and we just have to review and approve.
