I would stay away from large banks they are typically very inflexible and can be difficult to work with.   

There's a place for making things complex (with LLCs, trusts, advanced SDIRAs, issuing notes, purchase options, etc), but in the real world they all add time and cost and risk and inflexibility that won't benefit the typical beginner.The most important thing is finding the deal, and 95% of the time and energy needs to go there.All the best @Katrina Diwa - make it happen!

However, holding real estate in a multi-member LLC creates a lot of potential inflexibility with future transactions.

This allows you to convey to the contractor it's out of your control and those terms are inflexible. 

I'm not long in the rental property game, but it sounds to me like you have a solid plan with built-in flexibility.

The step-down pre-pay seems to be the most viable option if you're seeking a long-term loan with built-in flexibility.  

That was my point in flexibility.  

When the suboptimal, generic branding is combined with suboptimal, generic flavor of technical issues and inflexibility that others mentioned above, especially sending notices to tenants unexpectedly and blind, it becomes an absolute deal killer for me. 

He is just generally inflexible.

I know a fe said Saturdays were all they could do but can everyone else chip in flexibility as we want to include as many people as possible and do work arounds for the others.
