I just wanted a general industry over view of markup. 

For 20 years I have been in the oil & gas drilling industry.  3 years ago, I became a drilling consultant and started my own business.  

I am completely new in this industry but I am wondering how hard money and private investing works for flipping.

I am not a huge fan of them personally as they are PE investors and have a very, very narrow view of the industry and how it should be approached. 

I can see this industry moves at the speed of light and it's a bit overwhelming... once I get my ish together I would like to connect.
